
This formula suggests we practice quietude, stillness, silence and removes excessive external stimulation, so that we can turn inward and do the necessary psychological archeological digging to get the job done. Any parts of ourselves we repress or try to escape by distractions or addictions, excessive work or excessive leisure and pleasure seeking, will eventually catch up with us. The result is a greater Tanspersonal Awareness.

Learning to quiet the mind has remarkable benefits as we choose to strive toward Awakening to our True Nature. We have to carve out the time and place to make this happen. It calls for individual isolation for moments in time, or within a group setting of others, which is powerful as a multiplier effect. Meditation and conscious breathing are classic techniques which facilitate the process.
In coordination with silence is the development of the ability to reduce movement in body and mind for periods of time, in order to witness movement in the realm of the senses, without being drawn into what is customarily reactivity, conditioned impulse and a lack of mastery that comes with Silence and Stillness. By conscious use of the breath, we can bring the body to a more restful state, even during moments in the day. At night, and particularly lying in bed before going to sleep, consciously allow the body to sink into the bed, while taking slow deep breathes, free to pray and meditate right before sleep.
Stillness and silence supports a sense of spaciousness, an allowance of emptying the endless content that stream in relentlessly. Spaciousness is opening to the vastness of infinite possibility while unattached to or sucked into the monkey mind of everyday life and the restlessness and discomfort of an agitated body.
All three of these factors when combined and rehearsed and familiarized with over time, bring a cessation to the constant malady of a life challenged by disturbances of the peace.
The End Game. Home base. The Mother Ship, so to speak, beyond the realm of the senses and the existential/person centered existence that creates the illusion of separation. All is brought into the Matrix of the ONE. All the work and activity in the world is now able to be seen as projections of the lower mental conditioning that creates all the suffering.
In Silence, Stillness and Spaciousness, the Quantum Field is accessible and we come to know ourselves as the Awareness that is our essential nature, It is the ever present I AM that is hidden and forgotten in the maelstrom of endless mental and physical activity that can surely be joyful but is often wrecking havoc with our nervous systems. The result is suffering, health and relationship issues and a kind of fog of war.
