“When You Change Your Mind You Change Your Life.”
It’s not simply what happens to us, but how we respond that determines the life we live.
It’s not simply what happens to us, but how we respond that determines the life we live.

Serving Mind, Body and Spirit in the Areas of Personal Development, Strengthening Relationships, Creative & Career Development.
When we wake up out of the dream world we’ve been living in, there is a fundamental change inside of us, and our entire psychology shifts, reflecting reality with acceptance and composure, and a greater peace and stillness at the core of our being, rather than a neurotic world of fear, confusion, identification with thoughts, emotions and ideas that are conditioned, responses to the past, fear of the future and a fiction and figment of our imagination, rather than a vast opening to the infinite possibilities that are our birthright, embedded in our truly creative imagination and fueled by the core elements of the foundational fulfillment formula.
The result is akin to a new identity, but one without borders, boundaries, roles and rules that limit us to a prison of our own making, and tragically chosen by us, as if it was inevitable. Why live a life in which we are both the prisoner and the prison guard, doomed to a life sentence we invented?
It is a reincarnation while in the same life span, in the same body, in whatever life circumstances are present in the moment, everything is experienced as if who you were the moment before realization of who and what you truly are, is dead in the old ground, and something unexplainable and profoundly different rises from the ashes, fresh and new, unconcerned by the past, unperturbed by what lies ahead and operating at a new energy frequency, that seems perfectly natural as each moment is special and spectacularly normal, whatever shows up in the world of form, yet always returning to Itself, without care nor the need to hold onto any of the wonders of the unfolding journey. Beginnings, endings and all in between are simply grand illusions, no less profound as experienced, but no more important than each present moment.
Whether it is a gradual awakening that takes years or decades, or perhaps even lifetimes, or a sudden spontaneous abidance that bursts forth, the result is the same. True nature inevitably conquers false realities and the suffering that comes with it.
The work before us is to speed the process through earnest effort to wake up and not just smell the roses but know that you are the roses as well as the one that takes in the perfumed scent. That is the gift of life, the precious experience of a limited journey as a human being manifesting from an eternal Self that has no beginning or end and re-creates Itself in form and function, for the mere sake of the limited experience, all the more appreciated by the evolution of the wisdom, discernment and adventures that come and go and come again…forever and always.
The noise stops in our inner being, even as the band continues to play. A life well lived is one where you punch your ticket and take the ride to the best of your abilities, with understanding and courage to lean into the winds of change and ride it out to the next endings ... .and it begins all over again.
As we end the constant mental chatter, the game takes on a greater softness and ease, even when the ride gets bumpy, even very bumpy. But somehow, in the mysterious attainment of Wakefulness, it just isn’t so bumpy any more. What more could we ask for? And truth be told, a journey without bumps and potholes, and ditches and cliffs edges, is not much of a ride. Smooth as silk is boring as hell. The hero’s journey without trials and tribulation doesn’t need a hero.A real life does.
All the noise in our head that we are so conditioned as to believe it to be normal, disconnects us from our true essence, reinforces the ego-identity and maintains the dualistic illusion of separation that creates a sense of loneliness and isolation, often even when surrounded by others or in the embrace of physical natural beauty that is taken for granted or not even paid attention to.
We are acculturated to the belief that we have to be thinking all the time, processing thought, analyzing and scrutinizing or being hyper-vigilant to know anything. Nothing could be further from the truth.
What we sense, what we intuit, what we relax with, provides endless information that is alchemized and experienced, without constant mental stress and strain that exhausts, worries and depletes us.
As we evolve, the mind slows down and stops searching and scanning for something to think about, as if it needs to be occupied all the time. What chatter remains is no longer identified with, and simply allowed to be and allowed to fade away.
The basic elements of the Curriculum are Integrative, broad-based, all inter-relate and overlap.
The elements can easily be isolated and worked on in specific areas in focused ways or approached in an Integral fashion be it relationships, work and career, personal growth, spiritual development, physical and psychological well-being, or anything else that one chooses to work on.
The modules are designed to apply to all aspects of life based on general tried and true principles, developed and practiced from the wise ancient wisdom traditions up to and including current trends as research and science has aided human development while our modern brain has developed throughout the course of evolution.
The essential ingredients to the overriding Formula form an overarching comprehensive picture.
Here’s the wind-up and the pitch:
*There are plenty more but this gives us a good start.

The Fulfillment Formulas are essential Organizing or Applied Principles that integrate beautifully into a unified whole, but when broken down to their constituent parts, can be utilized using specific modules for specific problem solving, tasks or goals toward an evolving comprehensive approach to living.
It works equally well for individuals, relationships between individuals or group dynamics.
My job , as I see it, is to train others how to coach themselves. It's been said, don’t give a man a fish when you can teach him how to fish. It is a working partnership between us. It is about choosing and learning, in an intimate way, about ourselves and how to be the best version of ourselves. It may not be easy, but being less is a much harder way to live. That’s why it’s worth the effort. A bad alternative or option may be as good a motivational tool as we need, but, fortunately, as we will soon see, there are many bad options. Fortunately, there are countervailing forces that can overcome the factors that impede our personal and Trans-personal growth.
The Formulas rely on the best of both ancient traditional and modern developmental teachings. It is geared to serve what each client wants their life to look like to the best of their current self-knowledge and an effective curriculum to learn more about ourselves. My very use of the principles of the formula as I developed it were the building blocks that created it.
Given there is really nothing new under the sun, I see the formula as synthesis of the great, courageous and insightful work of those who came way before me with my own brand of organization and particular spin on the wisdom teaching that even to this day, continue to develop, with greater access and exposure to the general public then at any time in human history.
I start with the well -worn proposition that we live lives concerned with Mind, Body and Spirit, the big three. I believe a core understanding reverses the order somewhat as a more accurate reflection of reality, as Spirit first, our essential Nature followed by Body and Mind.
Spirit, body and mind seem to better reflect that reality, in that we are spiritual beings manifesting in a physical body, with a mind that has a correspondence to but is beyond the attributes of our physiological brain, rather that we are biological entities with a spiritual life.
The body is, however, the physical vessel that must exist for consciousness to be located in the world of form. No body, no vessel, no consciousness. It’s easy to understand why it would seem that the body is the source of consciousness, rather than the vehicle in which human awareness travels.
What is and has been studied for decades is what is referred to as the “hard problem” of science, trying to prove that spirit is not our source out of which all manifestation occurs but a psycho/physiological projection of the body/mind. So far, the consensus of both the traditionalwisdom traditions and modern science suggests our essential nature is a mystery beyond the realm of the senses.

All these paths of wisdom and depth of knowledge diverge in their own way and yet converge as all paths of wisdom somehow come together as the sum of all parts. The Fulfillment Formulas attempts to expand on this simplest of Equations in order to produce an effect that is indeed greater than the sum of their parts.
This work is based in large part on decades of studying many of the great wisdom teachers in the spiritual traditions, psychology and philosophy.
Among the main influencers, whose ideas permeate my approach into an integrative whole from various backgrounds, life experiences and even their own sufferings and conditions of existence are The Buddha, Jesus, Adyashanti, Mooji, Nisargadatta, Alan Watts, Joseph Goldstein, Ram Dass, Krishnamurti, Thich Nat Han, Ken Wilber, Victor Frankl, Carl Rogers, Rollo May, Jordan Peterson, Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, Irwin Yalom and Colin Wilson.
1. Karma
Cause and effect. As you sow so shall you reap. Clean up your act. Live a wholesome ethical, moral integrous life rather than a life of arrogance, self-centered narcissism, selfishness, hubris, resistance, revenge and resentment etc
2. Culture
The sets of environments and communities, ethnicities, roles and identifiers that have influenced our mind sets.
3. Nature
Your own human nature, your body type and condition, your mental and intellectual capacities, your personality and temperament. Our relationship to planet nature including animals.
4. Nurture
How you were raised, treated, loved, un-loved, received mixed messages, counseled, neglected, ignored, smothered, encouraged, judged, praised, overly-praised, sheltered, beaten, yelled at, coddled, taught, encouraged.
Always beware of the ego, addictive drives, comparisons and competition creeping in to disturb and even sabotage the process. Work the steps with humility, kindness toward oneself and others as struggles and set-backs are not uncommon in any journey. Lean in and keep going, despite doubts or lacking early dramatic results.
Change and development can take time. Advancement can also occur remarkably quickly so don’t talk yourself out of rapid progress or get down on yourself if you don’t become a champion of this material over-night. Everyone advances at their own pace but the formulas is intended to speed the process considerably.
If misfortunes are to ever befall us, be it losses, failures or the conditions of existence, it makes sense to avoid contributing to one's own downfall. There is no worse feeling in the world than knowing bad stuff may not have occurred or been worsened, had it not been for our contribution to our difficulties.
So our job now is to rectify and mitigate the damages and be a positive influencer starting right now.

"My desire as a life coach, is to help others fulfill their lives, joining them on their journey for a little while, and if and when we part, both of us are better for the time spent together. This gives meaning and purpose to our journey as each learns from the other."
